Print / Export Exams

Retinógrafo DIGITAL (DIGITAL Retinography) lets you create a PDF document to print or export.
The PDF has the following structure:

Header: the header lets you include the Clinic Logo.

Patient Information:

• First Name.
• Last Name.
• Birthday.
• Health Insurance.
• Id Number.
• Exam Date.

General Information Text: General text to show in all exams.

Observations: Exam´s observations.

Images: Image layout according to print models.

Footer:

• Clinic Name.
• Address.
• Tel / Fax.
• Web Page.
• E-Mal.
• Page Number.
